EXHIBITION SPACE
$1500 per space unit of 3 x 2 meter (open space)
$2000 per space unit of 4 x 2 meter (open space)
Includes:
- Table, chairs, electricity, exhibitor’s badge
- Company’s name and logo appears on conference website, with link to exhibitor’s homepage
- Company’s details listed in the Final Program
- include also a 100 word company/product profile
Space allocation will be made on a “first-come-first-served basis”.
Welcome reception: - $5,000 (sole sponsorship)
- Sponsor's representative will have the opportunity to address the participants during the welcome reception.
- Sponsor's name and logo on reception board on-site. Acknowledgement in the Final Program. Sponsor's name and logo appears on conference website, with link to Sponsor's homepage.
- Sponsor's name and logo to be printed on special invitations. Two (2) complimentary invitations for the Welcome Reception for non-participants.
Opening Session - $ 5,000 (sole sponsorship)
- Sponsor's representative will have the opportunity to address the participants during the opening session.
- Sponsor's name and logo on reception board on-site.
- Acknowledgement in the Final Program.
- Sponsor's name and logo appears on conference website, with link to Sponsor's homepage.
Session - $3,000
- Sponsor's representative will have the opportunity to address the participants in the session. Address to be coordinated with the Scientific Committee.
- Sponsor's name and logo on sign in the session hall, during the relevant session.
- Sponsor's name and logo appears on conference website, with link to sponsor's homepage.
- Acknowledgement in the Final Program.
- One free registration to the conference.
Plenary keynote speaker - $5,000 (sole sponsorship)
- Sponsor's name and logo on sign in the session hall during the relevant session.

Abstracts on Memory Stick (sole sponsorship – to be coordinated)
